Return & Refund Policies

At Josera India, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that all products delivered meet the highest quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product packaging is tampered with during delivery
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used pet food products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items
  • Products without original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, pet food products once opened cannot be returned.


3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Product images/videos
  • Reason for return

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our quality team.

Approved refunds will be credited:

  • To the original payment method within 7–10 business days
    OR
  • As store credit, if applicable

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.

In case of cancellation, applicable bank transaction charges may be deducted and borne by the customer.


5. Exchange Policy

We only replace products if:

  • The item delivered is defective
  • The wrong item was shipped

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request cancellation, customers must email with the subject line:
“Cancellation Request”

The cancellation request email must include:

  • Order ID
  • Cancellation Reason

Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
