- All orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp on your registered contact details.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across most locations in India. However, delivery availability may vary for:
- Remote areas
- Restricted pin codes
- Locations not serviceable by courier partners
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.

4. Shipping Charges
- All prepaid orders, irrespective of order value, qualify for free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.
- Free shipping is available for COD orders above ₹1000.
- For COD orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 will apply.
- Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
5. Courier & Delivery
We utilize the services of trusted and reliable courier partners to fulfill all orders. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operational load, weather conditions, natural calamities, transportation disruptions, COVID-19 related restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Josera India shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered email address, SMS, or WhatsApp number.
Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner’s website using the tracking information provided.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the customer is unavailable or the delivery address is incorrect:
- Additional delivery attempts may be delayed
- Re-shipping charges may apply
- Orders may be returned to origin
Please ensure accurate shipping details while placing your order.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with:
- Do not accept the delivery, if possible
- Take clear photos/videos immediately
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
