Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is shipped.

Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received at joseraindia@gmail.com And the amount will be credited to the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.

In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charges will be applicable and paid by the customer.

Refund Policy: Only defective and damaged products can be reported and returned within 2 working days from the day of delivery. The refund amount will be processed within 15 working days.
